• The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced an increase to its Personally-Owned Vehicle (POV) mileage reimbursement rates effective April 17, 2012.  Commonwealth traveler claims for personal vehicle mileage will be reimbursed according to the applicable GSA Mileage Rate.

  • After January 1, 2012, complete justification for all expenses must be included with your travel expense report, which should be submitted within 60 days of your trip. Please remember to save your receipts while traveling.

  • The Office of the Budget and the Office of Administration have completed revisions to travel policy which will become effective for all travel occurring on or after January 1, 2012. The policy, represented in Management Directive 230.10, Commonwealth Travel Policy (Effective January 1, 2012), and the procedures, represented in Manual 230.1, Commonwealth Travel Procedures Manual (Effective January 1, 2012), are now available.

  • Agencies under the Governor’s jurisdiction are prohibited from using commonwealth funds for out-of-state travel
